Members of the Eastern Packers Association offers you a wide variety of specialized
pack trips and adventures with gentle, mountain-savvy horses can make your exploration
of the high country in the John Muir Wilderness and Yosemite more enjoyable.
All of your equipment, sleeping bag, stove, tent, and food are packed onto the
backs of mules while you ride a horse through the beauty of the High Sierra,
with its dense pine forests, open meadows, rushing creeks and pristine alpine
lakes. Pack stations offer picnic and scenic day rides, as well as extended
trips into the wilderness lead by professional guides who will even set up an
entire camp and cook all your meals for you, leaving you time to enjoy the backcountry.
Pack trips offered include fishing trips, Wild Mustang viewing, Pack-it-in
& Pack-it-Out services, stock drives and more.
